Succulent bite-sized cubes of pork separated by smokey, salty streaky bacon and smothered in our homemade spare rib sauce! These kebabs are the perfect braai accompaniment.
Bake: Preheat oven to 200C. Remove the kebabs from their packaging and place in a roasting pan. Pour over the remaining spare rib marinade and roast until golden, sticky and cooked through.
Braai/pan fry: Place the kebabs directly onto the braai grill or into an oiled pan. Turn the kebabs frequently, basting with the remaining spare rib marinade until golden, sticky and cooked through.
