All of our pork is raised on our family farm in the Dargle Valley in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. We work closely with a specialised pig veterinarian and only the best genetics available in South Africa is used in our pig herd. Our pigs are kept under humane conditions and are registered 'sow friendly'. They are fed a special protein-based, hormone-free diet. Our products are 100% pork and are made using traditional methods - they are handmade and wood-smoked on the farm.
