Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the following areas: Midlands, Kloof, Westville, Durban, Ballito, Salt Rock, Umhlali and Bluff. We deliver to Amanzimtoti once a month. If you aren’t sure if your area is included, send us an email. We are happy to help.
We also deliver to Jackson's Real Food Market and Eatery in Johannesburg.
If you order from outside of our delivery area we will have to refund you for the value of your order.
How does your delivery service work?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Dargle Valley. Prior to your delivery date, you will receive communication from us letting you know your meat is on its way.
Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?
We recommend that you, or someone you know, is home on the day of delivery to receive the order. Our meat is delivered fresh which means it will need to be refrigerated as soon as possible. If you cannot be at home why not give us your office address or ask your neighbour to collect the order on your behalf?
If you live in an estate please send us a PIN once you have received your reminder email so that the driver can deliver your order to your home.
When do you deliver?
We deliver across KZN from Tuesday to Friday every week. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.
*Working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
Those in Amanzimtoti will receive their order on the next delivery date.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
We will send an email the day before delivery to remind you of your order. We cannot specify a time for delivery due to circumstances outside of our control such as roadworks, traffic, etc.
How much does delivery cost?
The costs of delivery will depend on the size of your order. All orders over R550 qualify for free delivery within selected regions of KZN.
What happens if there is a delivery delay?
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply of your products is delayed because of an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as practically possible. We will do our best to minimise the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
