Pan-fry: Heat a little olive oil in a pan, season the fillet, place it in the pan, turning frequently to cook each side for about 5 minutes a side until golden brown and cooked through.
Bake: Preheat oven to 180C, season fillet and drizzle with olive oil and place in a roasting pan. Bake for 20 minutes until the fillet is cooked, turning halfway through.
