Our Dargle Valley beef rump espetadas are made from large chunks of tender beef marinaded in our famous spare-rib sauce. These skewers are perfect for popping on the braai or grill.
Cooking suggestion: Braai over a medium high heat to get a good sear on the cubes until they just start to feel firm. Then, cover and rest the skewers before finishing off the cooking slowly to stabilise the juices.
