Beef
All of our cattle have the freedom to roam and eat a diet that is natural to them. They have continuous access to fresh water, open spaces and rolling grass hills. Our beef is dry-aged on the bone for 14-18 days before processing. This allows the flavours of the meat to develop and the proteins to break down to ensure the tenderness and tastiness of the meat
