Roast: Preheat oven to 180C. Place the roast on a baking tray and roast for 30-45 minutes per kg of meat.
Braai/weber: Preheat braai/weber, place the roast directly in the centre of the weber, place the lid on and cook for 30-45 minutes per kg of meat.
