Pan-fry: Heat a little olive oil in a pan, season chops place the chops fat side down for 5 minutes until crispy. Place the chop on its side and cook each side for about 5 minutes a side until golden brown and cooked through.
Bake: Preheat oven to 180C, season chops and drizzle with olive oil and place in a roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes until chops are cooked, turning halfway through.
