About Angels Care

"Angels Care provides for the basic needs of children from indigent homes in the greater Howick area of KwaZulu-Natal. We offer the following services to our community for free:

1. Rape and Abuse Crisis Care (health, abuse, neglect, rape, GBV - we have a full time nurse and social worker)

2. ECD (80% of the children are sponsored)

3. Community Outreach (support groups, clothing, winter warmth, home based care, educational campaigns etc)

4. Youth Development (homework assistance, sports teams and life skills)

5. 6 day nutritional programmers. We need to open to assist those who are most vulnerable in our community. Sexual assault hasn’t stopped for looting, hunger hasn’t disappeared but rather will intensify, periods haven’t stopped and we need to assist our kids with hygiene packs, schooling has taken a beating over the past 18 months and we need to educate, the list goes on."
